AKA Machineliefen, "The Machines Shall Save Us." Organization which disagrees with the Federacy's ban on higher levels of intelligent machine tech and, in fact, thinks that the only way that the Resoni will survive and not destroy themselves is through the Power of the Intelligent Machine to Guide Us.
They are very pro-thinking machine and are the undisputed masters of cyber-tech in and around the Federacy. No one is sure what their goals are (other than the unfettering of AI restrictions) but, given their recent appearance, shadowy manifestation and rather unknown goals, a number of suspicions have risen. It's rumored that their homewold is on Beautiful or Darling in the Fringeworthy system.
