Travis Satawa Unangst
President of ARM University, Travis currently finds himself in a position of utmost delicacy which he doesn't really feel he's cut out for because of the degree of political maneuvering that has to take place. Formally an Arbiter he is now the acknowledged official administrator for one of the foremost up and coming centers of learning in explored space. Because the Federacy places so much emphasis on both information and qualified persons (with Universities having the ability to both train and qualify), AU holds an important place on the developmental infrastructure in this very important part of space. As such, he sits on Decibel - the Development Council for Beautiful, and is a very influential person.
