Robots

Robots, aka Complex or Expert Peripherals are computer enabled machines which are programmed for various functions allowing manipulation of devices or functions at range with impact in the non virtual world.
Advanced Personas allow the simultaneous manipulation of multiple Peripherals. All robots must be controlled by a Persona. Though they can be given relatively autonomous taskings, rarely will these tasks be both complex and completely autonomous for long periods of time.

Utility

Any place that hands would be useful, robots are a welcome addition. Specialized apendages and functions take the process of utility even further. In Federacy society robots have freed humans up from many mundane and almost all physically dangerous tasks.

Access & Availability

Though robots are highly useful, they tend to be communal/organizational property. For example, a robot may be included as a PERC with living quarters or numerous robots may provide the heavy labor component for any number of industries. 
When robotic services are retained by individual, they tend to be multi-purpose the maximize the physical resources being utilized.
