LoE 2.3.3: Dinner at Dometown

LoE 2.3: Moons and Minds of Minos

The Team arrives at Dometown. The place is pretty empty, comparatively speaking, only a few thousand souls for something designed to handle several times that. They head to ARM University at Dometown and meet the main people there.
At the dinner party - not bad for being out here on the Fringes - there are about 18 people, but the leadership group seems to be a tight little group of four folks: President Angelus Andrews, Administrator Sarah Barrett, Instructor Lily Hamilton and Assistant Kevin Hart (see ARM University at Dometown). Sarah is very protective of Angelus, and Jennifer calls her out on it, noting that he gets her opinion on just about everything. Lily is an overambitious powerhouse who has Irons In All the Fires.
Kevin attempts to read Nora's mind and she manages to turn things to her own advantage while stopping him from finding out she's a telepath.
The team finds out that the Minan Talks are coming up in a few days and are invited to attend. Avoiding any other unnecessary unpleasantness, they head out.

Looking For Tacos

The next day, they are out and about looking for... tacos. Which they find, without trouble. However, on the way home, a young lady come staggering towards them on the walkway. Obviously wounded, they attempt to help her, performing emergency life giving techniques right there. She rouses enough to hand one of them a holocrystal and goes unconscious. After stabilizing her, they get her to the University Clinic. In the holocrystal, there are pictures of Sarah, the House Mori Agent, and a couple of Bob Hawks' Pirates.
JR notices someone watching from the shadows, and manages to slip into the shadows himself and somehow (in the daylight) manages to sneak upon the shadowy observer. Grabbing him, a scuffle ensues where the spy gets away but a shadowy minotaur form is seen over him before he's gone. [Update: the spy in the shadows did not get away. His accomplice did, but the one I was chasing ended up blowing up, but not before JR got a ring off his finger. Thanks Curtis!]
