The Assembly for Peace and Exploration or APEX School on Beautiful is the premier “think tank” for policy development concerning Fringeworthy Frontier Policy Direction. 83% of its more recent recommended policies have either been selected in whole or marjority as Provisional Guidance for dealing with Frontier Exploration Activities. It is one of the Schools at ARM University. 
It has become prestigious, considered a fair forum for deliberation of Frontier Activities. It's Recommendations, though not Federacy Poliicy, are considered balanced and detailed. Seats to it's Recommendations are by approval only. Included in that list are representatives from all Federacy Major Houses, several Directorates of the Federacy, several members of the Representatives of Minor Houses, two representatives of the
