Alana Catarinsdochter

Alana Catarinsdochter was born into a peasant family in northern Aldernord, who was working as a serving-girl in a tavern when she met Oneira Athelsdottir and Isobela di Peron di Cameri. Bored with the drudgery of her life and longing for adventure, it was not difficult for Oneira and Isobela to talk her into stealing the landlord's strongbox and joining them on the run from the authorities. She joined Oneira's coven, and the "Cult of Taynar" - of which little is known - shortly thereafter, and apparantly through this means was transformed into a Werefox.
In the 5th moon of 1344, she and the rest of the coven were pursued across the Savuran border by Edgar Kruger-Ysern, who was hunting Isobel in order to recover the Ring of Zaal which she had stolen. Somewhere in the woods southwest of Kab Melekh, Alana was injured by an enchanted silver arrow fired by the archer known as Clarity Merelsdochter, which trapped her in vulpine form until a party of adventurers came to the aid of the apparently injured animal; she later fought alongside these same adventurers against Edgar Kruger-Ysern and his mercenaries.
After Edgar's death, it is believed that she headed to Lith Terrin with the rest of the coven.
