The Second Quarter, Citadelis

THE SECOND QUARTER

Considerably the most affluent, this Quarter drips with luxury and wealth. Commonly referred to as "The Art Quarter", this Quarter of Citadelis is heavily concentrated with the finest of arts, wines, jewelry, and theater productions. The prices in this Quarter are often very steep, but the payoff is excellent quality and service.

LOCATIONS

• Refla Theater: A gorgeous and eloquent theater that features plays, musicals, and other spectacles to be seen. New shows are constantly being put on, but sometimes old shows cycle back.
• Refla's Winery and Brewery: A very elegant looking establishment housed in a complimentary yellow brick to the Refla's Hotel. Patio tables line the outside of the building and waiters buzz around serving patrons. It looks to be quite expensive.
• Museum of Dark History: This large building is made out of a uniquely colored blue stone and rises high above the buildings around it. Seven layers of windows promotes the grandiosity of the building, complimented by detailed carvings and gargoyles. Inside the building holds an expansive museum of the darker nature of the realm and magics. The curator promises it is the whole truth, down to the last sentence. Skeptics say that the museum is only touching the surface.
• Refla's Hotel: A very large and beautiful yellow brick building. Each of the three stories of windows are draped with a rich red curtain. A small marble staircase leads up to the entrance where an employee stands to greet you. It looks quite expensive.
• Refla's Art Gallery: A very long, elegant, and fine grey brick building that has a very dramatic sign attached to the roof stating "Refla's Art Gallery". There are no windows, but a guard stands outside.
• Citadelis Bank: A large and octaval shaped building made out of sleek grey brick. A small staircase leads up to an entryway that is guarded by two City Guard officers. Despite this, it looks open to all.
• Lillian's Psychiatry: A very clean and upkept round building with a pale red brick and a rich red roof. It holds no fancy decorations on the outside and only has one window on the side. Hanging outside the door is a sign stating "Lillian's Psychiatry".
• Museum of Natural Magic: Another one of the impressive buildings of Atithe, the Museum of Natural magic is created out of a cheerful yellow stone and carved with depictions of plants and famous wizards, mages, and druids. Inside is an expansive collection of historical exhibits and also features a large and well-kept (but also well guarded) library with books on natural magic topics.
• Ranger's Ranged Weapons: A small and square sized yellow brick building that looks perfectly average. A sign hangs on the front of the door with the store's name: "Ranger's Range Weapons." Everything seems perfectly normal.
