Launtrel A Homebrew Feywild

Deep in the lands of the Feywilds sits an isolated realm hidden to most. As an incredibly large and expansive realm, Launtrel offers everything a society could need to flourish without outside help or prying eyes. Lead by the mysterious and hidden Queen Arch-Fey Novan, the realm is splintered into seven regions, all lead by an Arch-Fey resembling the qualities of Balance. Together, they make up the Hidden Court.   For almost all of the citizens of Launtrel, this is the home they were born and lived for their entire lives. They know no other life- if they even know other realms existed at all. From the luminescent forests of Atithe, the rolling planes of Falmes, the thick jungles of Rylos, the deep canyons of Cynuth, the frozen solid peaks of Onna, the jagged foothills crawling with dragons of Xytharth, and the rotting decay of Vontri, Launtrel has everything one could ever desire. Life was normal; people lived, people died. They laughed, they cried...   But the realm is stirring and shifting. The slightest shift, that has caused an unidentifiable sense of dread and unease among the people. Most are too embarrassed to act on it or speak about it. But others, the heroes, are motivated to uproot the lives they always knew to explore deeper into the mysteries of Launtrel. Most likely, they don't understand why they are doing it, just that they need to do it. Perhaps, they do know that something is wrong, terribly wrong.

Launtrel is a narrative-focused homebrewed realm that is based in D&D 5e. The overarching theme is a heroic psychological horror and mystery campaign by blending the fantasy of D&D and the horror of Lovecraftian themes.
