The Fourth Quarter, Citadelis

THE FOURTH QUARTER

This is the Quarter where most travelers from out city tend to stick to and congregate in. This Quarter is known for it to be more welcoming to tourists and travelers, as it hosts the more cheaper stables and inn. Apartments are also available for short-term rent here if one wants to visit for longer than a few days.

LOCATIONS

  • Arcadia's Inn: A double story building with a modest exterior of grey brick. Candlelight flickers in the windows of the few rooms this inn hosts.
  • Bily's Tavern: A modest tavern in in a single story red brick building. A large window shows off the fun and merrymaking the patrons are having inside.
  • Miie Observatory: A taller building than is round, the Miie Observatory, named after Astronomer Miie, matches height with the Atithe Center. It's bricks are a solid black color, with engravings lined with white to look like the night sky. At the top is a large, colorful glass dome with swirls of colors.
  • Grand Museum of All Artifacts: Much smaller than all of the other museums, the Grand Museum of All Artifacts is a red brick building with no fancy engravements. In fact, the three story building looks abandoned, but on closer inspection the metal bars guarding the windows and doorframes proves that this isn't really open to visitors, nor is it a 'grand' museum.
  • Majestic Lady Enchantments: A single story shop with a dark purple front door. Hanging above the entrance is a sign depicting a crown encircling a large mound of crystals. Above the window that seems foggy, is white lined engravement stating "Enchantment".
  • The Gold Owl: A single story shop with a maroon red door and a sign featuring a golden owl perching on a cauldron hanging off from the building. 'Alchemist' is on the bluish grey bricks above a two paned window displaying various potions for sale.
  • Tomes A'Million: This is a single story shop with a natural wood door, padded with leather to look like a expensive book. Above the entrance is a sign that simply depicts a book with lettering underneath saying "a'Million." Above the window that allows a potential customer to peer into the shelf lined store is a white-lined engravement stating "Tomes".
  • Minkit's Magical Trinkets: A single story shop with a door covered in clearly fake crystals and gems. Hanging above the entrance is a sign depicting a treasure chest overflowing with random items. Above the window that is chock full of merchandise on display is a white-lined engravement that states "Trinkets".
  • Wandering Horse Stables: An averagely maintained stables with relatively reasonable prices. It looks a little cramped though.
