Port of Seaberg was founded by Kristopher Kolumbine with the aid of the Elvish explorers
It is the entry point for humans and lead to the mas influx of human families, the culture used to be primarily Elvish majority but over time the humans have taken over status as majority. this has lead to the uneasy feeling amongst elvish decent. the city is under elvish rule but humans are now dominant and the questions on everyone's mind are " when will this be annexed?" humans tolerate elvish law but believe in a democracy style rule and elected officials.
