The long "battle" waged against Brille by Eyiliv. It served as a temporary theater of war while the wall of Tirne was under siege.

Eyiliv Feneyl had managed to take Bourilia, but the proximal bay was still blocked by a large and experienced force. To take control of the situation, the Western Pillars set up a docking site at Hawumad in order to prepare to destroy the shipyards that Brille allowed the Eastern forces to use when reorganizing the blockade. Waning Rock magic was temporarily put off limits, as they were beginning to run out of their reservoirs.   The first attempt at a siege failed after months of preparation, but on their return they managed to attack right at a resupply. four of the five shipyards were destroyed as the last set of ships managed to escape, going to the proximal bay. They were destroyed as they crossed Hawumad.   The Western Elves set up shop in the shipyards before progressing inland and attacking the farms around the southwestern quadrant in the night. The forces were ultimately pushed back and any farmers within a certain radius were allowed within the protective walls of Tirni, massively impacting the food supply of the city. This would result in food being spread thin across the lower classes, while the people within Lire and Kehfri were still able to maintain their standard food supply. A mass famine resulted over the following weeks, weakening the soldiers (who were largely inhabitants of Tirni).   A second attack would see the walls of Tirni breached for the first and only time in history, though few soldiers managed to make it through before being cut down and retreating. Rai fought to have the remains of their Waning Rock placed within the river which the inhabitants of Brille drank from, but Eyiliv refused until the Proximal Bay was taken back.   By the end of the several-year conflict, the Proximal Bay was taken back and Brille was forced to cut ties with the Eastern Forces to protect its own people.
