The formal recognition of Kaban independence by all of Mot D'nir and the Augury, along with a reparation program established in Saint's Maar.

After traveling to Kazbur, the Kaban thrived. For the first time since they fled from Shellbay they were finally in an environment suited for them. To make matters better for the tortoisefolk, the majority of the land was uninhabited due to the Eruption of Taktaalak and concerns about crop production. Things looked up for some time before concerns were brought forth among the growing population. With so many eggs being produced among the core settlements, it was clear that they would need to split up to attain sufficient subsistence. The concerns were heeded and the Kaban would split into tribes and villages.    Further, never having been forced to survive in the wild (and without the guidance of Korahaman or Kadelkonatl), the path to the future was a blur. Through a vote, an individual was selected to lead each village, gaining the title of Orator, just as those under Kadelkonatl possessed in the past. In later years, the title would be better fitting, as each Orator would speak with Augury correspondents.    Once formal independence was gained, the Augury would begin providing resources, infrastructure assistance, and advice to the Kaban. over the years, facilities would be established so that the Orators would have an open line of communication with the Augury, which allowed Saint's Maar to collect demographic information in Kazbur as well. In the years following, humanity and the Kaban would have relations sufficient enough for the two groups to intermingle in settlements; this relationship would reach its symbolic peak when the Kaban granted the outsiders to research the ancient city of Tazban.
