Uliyo Orders the Construction of Ilobel, Movement on Veiel Ard Besme

The declaration by Uliyo Feneyl and his personal council to build the city of Ilobel.

After a few years of economic expansion, population growth, good crop growths, and territory expansion, Uliyo decided that Gerron would not serve as a proper capital for his kingdom and dynasty. He recounted a dream in which a city of brass, unbound by the hours of the sun and climate of the seasons, held his family's future and desires. He and Rai worked on city planning blue prints of the most expansive construction ever imagined, even compared to Brille.    Uliyo considered the construction less and less possible as time went on, but Rai assured him that solutions to the difficulties created by a settlement of that size would soon become apparent. He said that if they wanted to keep a city that large functioning and under control, their answers would be at Veiel Ard Besme.   While this made little sense to Uliyo at first, Rai explained that the island held another source of magic similar to that of the J'barri fire magics. While Rai warned against using fire magic, he said that this new source (when combined with great engineering) could create, rather than destroy.
