The foundation of the central theocratic body, which stood until the extinction of the Yunbad.

After the discovery of magic, the direction of Yunbad civilization changed dramatically. Even after the discovery of metals, the soul 'ownership' of magic dissolved the need for technological advancement. The Yunbad magics were that of life, growth, and rebirth. However, it was quickly discovered that using magic harmed the users, draining their very biomatter. The high priest's lives could not be so callously risked. As such, the Yunbad Theocratic Conduit was formed.   This religious (and governmental) organization dictated how magic was used. The high priests oversaw troops of acolytes. While high priests were well-versed in how to use and teach magic, their lives and wisdom were too valuable to the country of Udundst. The acolytes were trained to use this magic and held most of the technical power. Only through the conviction of their beliefs, did they follow the word of the high priests. For an acolyte to give their life through the use of magic was seen as a blessing, permanently intertwining their spirit with the mountains of Basa.
