Western Elves

The Western Elves, at best, look like those in the East with slightly lighter skin and flatter faces. Worst case, they look like grotesque beasts. Their skin grows in strange ways, warping and twisting. Their bones grow outward and muscles in the face contract. Their limbs may bloat and they are a sickly people. The oldest Western Elves, aside from the first generation, live to around 40. Their culture emphasizes individualism and technological advancement.
