Leader of the Legion, Arckran (a.k.a. Lord of carnage)

Arckran is the second leader of the new shadow legion. They possess a powerful familiar which takes the form of a giant spider, they used it to kill Unele, the original leader of the new order, and overthrow any opposition. They are brutal and merciless, doing everything in their power to kill anybody opposing the shadow legion and following every order of Shraenire no matter what. Nobody knows what their face looks like as they always wear an ivory spider mask.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Arckran is tall and slender, they are thin and lack much muscle, they somehow stay completely healthy nearly all the time through expensive magic since they consider sickness to be a waste of time.

Pure white hair, long legs and arms.

Since usually Arckran's body is completely covered by robes and a mask they have no identifying features.

Arckran has perfect posture with a strangely long gait.

Special abilities

Arckran is a shadow wielder and possesses the ability to control a giant spider. The spider can leech the life-force out of people and Arckran themself is a powerful wizard with the ability to cast dangerous spells and can use their powers to bite people as if they were a vampire.

Apparel & Accessories

Arckran is most known for their ivory mask inlaid with eight black onyx gemstones for the eyes. They wear a long black robe with a long hood. A silver clasp resembling a spider is located right below the neck on Arckran's robes.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

From what is known of Arckran it is thought that they were abandoned by their original parents in an alleyway of Frostlance. They managed to survive for a time even as a baby with the help their shadow familiar which they developed at a young age, a massive life leeching spider. Eventually Arckran was taken in by some kind nobles who found them alone. This was a mistake as at the age of eight Arckran killed the nobles and only a year later boarded The Onyxprism and joined The shadow legion, where they would later kill the current leader at that time, Unele, and take up the mantle for themself.

Gender Identity

Arckran does not care what pronouns people use for them and prefers the anonymity of people not knowing their biological gender. They also find the lengths people will go through to see their face and figure out their gender very amusing yet annoying.

Arckran does not and never has cared for any type of relationship or sexuality, they would be considered asexual since they completely lack passion or desire.

Education

Arckran only had a proper education for a few years when they lived with the nobles of Frostlance but somehow managed to become incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable through reading books.

Employment

Arckran never really worked, before they joined The shadow legion, Arckran would sometimes perform business under the mantle of an adult drow.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Arckran had accomplished many things, not particularly good or honorable things but things nonetheless:
-Surviving as a toddler, and then small child completely alone
-Running a business at the age of nine
-Seeking out and finding the airship of a secret cult
-Killing the previous leader of The shadow legion and taking the job
-Succeeding in driving fear into all who oppose them and ruling with an iron fist and snake-like cunning.

Mental Trauma

Arckran is completely unable to feel emotion or empathy and does not care about anything other than appeasing his god, Shraenire. They are a complete psychopath who only really cares about themself.

Arckran is very cunning and intelligent as well as being able to easily manipulate people and blend into a crowd if needed. They are an efficient and dangerous killer who can successfully end the life of almost anybody who they encounter without much of an issue.

While Arckran is very skilled he has one limit which he can not overcome even to his own disdain; Arckran will never willingly touch or have psychical contact with anybody even if they are trying to blend in and assume an identity.

Arckan is incredibly hygienic to a fault, they must always have the area they are within be completely cleaned at all times and refuse psychical contact for fear of getting sick. They constantly have their entire body covered partially for the purpose of keeping out anything which could make them feel dirty or sick.

Arckran does not have any close relationships as they find them dull and not useful but they do have many contacts all across Laeriss to do their bidding and help The shadow legion in any problems they may have.

Religious Views

Arckran thinks that all the other deity's than Shraenire do nothing for the world and only make everything worse. They only worship Shraenire and think he will be the key to advancing civilization to a new level of power.

Arckan can fit into any social role as they need to but in reality lack emotion. They are introverted and prefer to keep to themself though as well as truly believing that they are infallible and the most powerful person on Laeriss.

Arckran is incredibly neat and clean with everything they do. They talk efficiently and concisely with little emotion in their words.

Hobbies & Pets

Arckran finds pets and hobbies to be a waste of his time and does not bother. They only thing that they do which could be considered a "hobby" is extensive reading and gaining any possible knowledge.

Speech

Arckran speaks with no speech impediment, talking at the perfect pace with perfect enunciation. It is unlikely to ever catch Ackran mispronounce a word and rumor has it that they kill anybody who hears a mess up in their speaking.

Arckran is exceedingly wealthy being the leader of a group containing many hundreds of people. They have never had an issue with wealth an essentially get anything they want as well as having the ability to take the money of anybody in The legion or money from the vaults of The legion itself. Even as a child living in the streets they made money from their strange businesses so Arckran does not really know the idea of being poor. They have always lived in the upmost wealth and luxury but would not particularly care if they lost their personal wealth as long as it did not impede on the ultimate goal of serving Shraenire.
