Knightgrove
General Information
Knightgrove earned its name by being the rally point for Hydenbur's knights and crusaders. Built around Knightgrove keep, which stands on the north-western cliff edge, the city is considered by many to be even more religeous than the country's capital. This religious fervour has lead to large scale zealotry and has lead some to despise the ruthless methods of Knightgrove's warriors.Defences
Knightgrove is defended by its ever present knights and crusaders who are trained within the keep. These warriors are taken from various areas, some being children of aristocrats, others being junior members of the Hydenbur Hierocracy. Regardless of where one comes from, if they are trained in Knightgrove they are forged into a weapon of righteous fury and will seek out any heresy against the The Twenty-Two in order to snuff it out.
History
It was here that Hydenbur's crusaders mustered for their assault on the elves of Hark. Under the watchful gaze of Arch-bishop Klaus Hark, the warriors of Knightgrove marched across the frozen landscape to raze the town and cleanse the land of those who openly rebuked the divinity of the Twenty-Two. To this day, Knightgrove and Hark have shaky relations with one another.
