House Canter
House Canter is a political family that acts predominantly in eastern and far western Mitlind and is a major political member of the Mitlind Parliament. Despite refering to themselves as a family, there are very few of the Canter bloodline, with most members coming from different places around Mitlind.
House Canter gained their position by maintaining healthy communication between themselves and Mitlind's neighbouring countries, Hydenbur and Morris Cove. This put House Canter in a unique position where they became the Mitlind's liason between the countries. What's most curious however, is that they're able to liase for both without inciting conflict from either one, none know how they have managed it, but it has made them indespensible.
There are some who believe that House Canter is somehow linked to organised crime and may be some kind of crime family, though many of these claims are unsubstantiated. Additionally, many of those who do raise their voice loud enough for anyone in power to hear it have a very dramatic change of heart after a couple of days.
House Canter's emblem depicts a hooded head which connects to a crow's head at the neck, creating a shape similar to a cresent moon.
