Unnbyr Shadnare
The Count of Rowamyrlor, Unnbyr Shadnare is a wealthy man. The county brings in a lot of wealth through taxes on merchants, and sale of fish and produce, and he collects the lion's share of it.
His first wife died, fell through the ice while out walking one night. His second wife was stabbed and killed by an unknown assailant during a Harvest Festival a few years ago. He is currently trying to find a third wife, someone who can give him an heir, and who will make a good political match.
