Saymir Talazar

Count Saymir Talazar is the ruler of Ysdale, a job he shares often with his wife. He is a distant cousin of the Duchess of Ysward , and has other relatives in Ysward. The Count is a good ruler, and he and his wife do their best to keep their people happy and safe. He loves nothing more than to walk through Reradg and speak with the city folk to hear first hand from them how their lives are going. This has earned him much respect, and he and his wife are loved.
Recent events in the northeast of Ysdale are putting pressure on the Count to leave the capital and lead an army against a Hobgoblin warlord. His wife has had a vision, and begs him not to go, so for now, he is sending troops to form a perimeter around the threat, as he awaits word from the Duchess about what action he should undertake, and what help he can expect.
