Leader of the Free City of Haven, Persiphis and her followers have recently sacked the city of Baystead in Westvale with the help of the Kran-cresh Hobgoblins, the warlord of which has been her lover for several years.
Now as defacto Baroness of Westvale, Persiphis is working on consolidating her hold over the territory. She is not interested in ruling through fear, but she and her teifling followers in the Shadow of Horns have suffered horribly in the Empire of Kyrnia and she wants to show that they can live side by side with the other races of the Empire.
