A petty thief, who was hired by Ilic Basi to help discredit Kelirsa Griff. He died while trying to flee a robbery of The Griffin by the party's hands.
The heroes were able to find Osben's apartment in the Alleys, and after a heated debate with his girlfriend Anordia, she agreed to let them search the place. The search of his apartment, found two notes. The first said "Basi's on the 20th". The second, written in a different hand stated "Kill the Griffs, if you can"
