Once a larger city, Mitmeame in central Damargann is recovering from a terrible accident 15 years ago. The old lord of the city had hired an alchemist who had shown himself capable of many wonderful things, but one night something happened in his laboratory that caused an explosion, as residue from the explosion fell to the earth, those remnants exploded as well, causing a massive amount of devastation in just a few minutes. More than half the population perished in a fiery inferno in just a few minutes. The lord, overcome with grief, jumped from his castle walls into the burning city. His daughter, overcome with grief and anger, has prohibited the use of any kind of magic or alchemy within the city walls.
