Hagalpad Yarpyr

Count Hahalpad Yarpyr is the current ruler of Crisla, the wealthy trading hub in the western Empire of Kyrnia. His family has ruled here for many generations, and they can trace their lineage back to Synni Silysasni, sister of EmperorAaral Ealyni, the third Emperor. Synni married Juusten Yarpyr, who was then granted the Crisla by the Emperor as a wedding present.
Count Yarpyr is well-loved by his people, as he uses his immense wealth to insure that his people are well taken care of.  he is less well liked by those who must pay the taxes for transporting goods across his lands or into his ports.
