Marchon of the Banary Isles; the Unwashed

Marchon Bungan Unnter is the fourth Marchon of Banary. He is considered by many other leaders in the Empire of Kyrnia as somewhat of a joke. He spends most of his days drinking in his palace and frolicking with the women that he has brought in. His courtiers are no more than other drunken pirates, and ne'er-do-wells that live off of his coin and wine and women.
But the one thing that he excels at is naval combat. He has never lost a fight at sea, and his men, and his enemies respect that in him. With his substantial fleet, he insures that the waters around the empire are protected from shipborne raiders.
