Boulhill

Sitting in the grass covered hills of northern Stilia, Boulhill has decent farming and ranching when the rains come. Fortunately, the rains have been good for the past several years, so the people and livestock have food and water. But what Lord Boul wants is his mining operation to take off. He has found small amounts of copper and tin in the hills surrounding the town, but has yet to find a vein of ore that will pay for itself. He is taking this out on the miners that he has basically enslaved.
