Half-Elf
Gently pointed ears and sharp but not entirely otherworldly features--- Half-elves ride an almost uncanny line between humans and elves, one neither parent culture readily accepts.
It can be difficult for a half-elf to find their niche in the world, even as the most mixed-ancestry race. They grow up too fast among elves but outlive their human families, so neither world can fully embrace them. For this reason, they often band together and form their own subcultures and societies. More than mere clubs, these groups are found families that work together to push for better accommodation for half-elves in their communities, and also often include other racial minorities in their political goals.
In places where these support systems are weaker, half-elves gravitate towards adventuring lifestyles, where they can leave both worlds behind in an effort to forge their own paths.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Due to finding themselves outside the flow of most societies, on average they are more accepting and understanding of those who are different than them, and may be great ambassadors or other cultural connectors.
