In times when I am gone, mourn for what you once had. In times when I return, enjoy it while it lasts.

The Ao-Ti Goddess

Sirakya is the tuan-ti serpent goddess of neutrality, ambivalence, and stillness. Within the universe of Brinomir, she is one among the Three Serpents, Shui and Tilesh being the other two. Together thay are three beings but one mind, as they have continually existed throughout time, flowing with the natural path of mortality and taking turns ruling over each other based on the state of the realms. In times of evil and war, Tilesh rules. In times of greatness and goodness, Shui rules. And in times of uncertainty and descent, Sirakya rules.   During the Cosmic War, the three each formed their own kind, using them to help manipulate mortals and guarantee their own rule. They were known as the Yuan-Ti. Of Tilesh were the Qing-Ti. Of Shui were the Xiao-Ti, and of Sirakya the Ao-Ti.   Sirakya represents a land's normalcy, where its people wake and sleep without glorious extravagence or bitter pain. She is the day that sweeps by, and one lays down, having done nothing at all. She is the total ruler over the other serpents in lands that have lost their ambition and sanctity, but have only just begin their death throes that will eventually lead to the chaos that ushers in Tilesh's time. When it is ultimately rescued from his terror and brought back into the embrace of Shui, mortal fate will eventually numb itself to the blessings of the Infinite Serpent and fall back into Sirakya's mysterious melancholy again.

Dwelling

Sirakya rules with Shui and Tilesh within the Tower of Scales in the Veil, a divine place within the Yuan-Ti lore. Quiet and timid souls in the veil are taken by Tilesh, where they are grafted into mysterious serpent spirits that numb zealots and quiet hearts.

Domains

Sirakya represents the following domains:   Peace. Life goes on whether one does something or not. To aid someone is a waste of your life, and to kill someone is a waste of their's. To do neither is Sirakya's balance.   Trickery. Sirakya looks not to purpose, but mystery, and prefers manipulating others into a life that cannot distinguish what is right and what is wrong, and does not know what to do. Her followers of any culture may switch sides on a frequent basis just to stir the pot.

Alignment

Sirakya represents the following alignment:   Neutral. Sirakya detests acts of objective evil and good, and seeks mystery and confusion. She wishes not to build a land up nor tear it down, honor a man nor disgrace him. She desires the day when one goes through the motions.

Symbol

The common holy symbol used to represent Sirakya is a Chui medallion, a circular object depicting a white, grey, and black area. The grey segment is pointed upward when honoring Sirakya.

Her presence is neither a curse nor a blessing. In times that brim with brilliance or choke with blood, she is simply quiet, and a breath of still air.

Epic Boons

For her most devoted followers, below are some of the unique boons Sirakya can bestow.

Boon of the Python Sentinel

This is a common boon granted by Sirakya to her champion followers. While you possess this boon, you can use a bonus action to invoke this boon and transform your lower body into that of a long serpent, which lasts for 1 hour. During this time, your size increases by one, you cannot be knocked prone, and your tail is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d10 + your Strength modifier, and if the target is your size or smaller, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) or become grappled by you. While grappled, it is restrained (Escape = the same DC). You cannot attack another creature with your tail while it is grappling a target. You regain this property after finishing a short or long rest.

Boon of the Grey Mind

While you possess this boon, you cannot be frightened or charmed.

Boon of the Scaled Ascetic

While you possess this boon, you can cast zone of peace without using a spell slot or any material components. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
