The Dancing Wyvern
The Dancing Wyvern is a sizeable establishment focused on providing food and lodging to adventurers or travelers. Some in the surrounding quarter visit as well but primarily are drawn to smaller more private "Mead-holes."
Owned by Mennara Goldenoak a Wood Elf and retired adventurer. Mennara lived in poverty without a single dragon to her name until she was able to save up and purchase her first sword, which led to her becoming an adventurer for hire. Mennara never stepped into full prominence, but many at the tavern recall the tale of her victory over a Two-Headed Troll. Mennara runs the tavern with her partner, Erik Torgunnson, a human from the northern territories. Not much is known about Erik, just that Mennara rescued him from an abandoned tower near the Amriel Mountains and the two quickly fell in love.
The name of the tavern has no special background, Mennara would tell it that it was the first thing that jumped into her mind when asked to file the name.
Staff
The only other main staff member is Riree, the bartender. Riree is a young-looking female halfling who is wonderfully attractive. She is often soft-spoken in her disposition. Her skin is beautifully bronzed and she has chestnut brown hair that she's constantly brushing back over her head to keep out of the way of her work. Physically, she is conspicuously fit.Clientele
On a typical night, the clientele at the Dancing Wyvern can be described as boisterous. There are often quite a few people in the tavern, most times also several tables shouting and singing together.
