In 1400 LE, while he was still the Younger of Cumbuia, Teruus Winob achieved a significant political milestone when he married Terua Paecca Puusor, the Awatcova of Frottst. Their union united two of the leading families of Ritilia, creating as powerful a political bloc as that of the alliance between Ettomep and Eitasibabum.
Winob became the Awatcovus of Cumbuia when his mother, Terua Tima Datalit, died in the Long Quake in 1430 LE. Unfortunately, his wife died at the same time, and their eldest child, Teruus Gemiccus, became the Awatcovum of Frottst in her place.
