The legislature of Shīddūnti is made up of nine co-equal individuals known as the Ghā Concord. Three members represent the Cultus of Krūrim, three more represent the Weavers, and the last three are elected at-large from the populace. The Ghā Concord only convenes to select a new Adhīh. The makeup of the Concord all but assures the selectee will be a mage of high virtue and skill, though no law mandates that outcome.
