Panbumac

Panumbac is the primary city of the Panumbacci humans and the premier port on the Pebombier Coast

Government

Panumvac is governed by a city council led by an Utepavir appointed by the Calpian Emperor.

Defences

The city is defended only by a low wall on the inland side, merely fifteen feet in height and three feet thick.

Industry & Trade

Panumbac is a trade city. Little is produced in the city, but a great deal of revenue is produced by factors and other merchants, moving goods into, out of, and through Panumbac.

Infrastructure

Panumbac boasts a robust harbor and well-planned docks. The primary north-south street, Seaport Street, is paved, as is the road running parallel to the docks, Harbor Street. The only other paved road is Town Street, which leads to the Utepavir's palace and City Hall.

Panumbac has no planned sanitation, and drainage is haphazard, at best.

Points of interest

There are two important temples in the city. The first is to Tirelva (Threlved) and the second is Cisquia (Kisquay).
