Scope
The motivation behind building Kohtalo
Boredom, and as a cohesive sandbox campaign world for fantasy (and the occasional Sci-fi) TTRPG campaigns.
Kohtalo's Unique Selling point
The Twilight Trade - A trade way that links 2 places during the hour of twilight with a shared space in the Fae realm. this can allow for rapid shipment of goods, but the places that are linked are on a roughly 2 year schedule.
It is worth noting that this cycle is based on the Lunar Year, which is the time it takes the slowest orbiting and smallest moon to orbit Kohtalo (733 days) which is 1 day short of 2 solar years (734 days). During the lunar year the planets 2 other natural moons complete 5 and 13 orbital cycles respectively.

Interplanar (mostly cold) war between the Fae Realm and Cysgodol. This was largely started when the Twilight Trade started to replace trade routes traditionally controlled by vampire covens.
Cracks have begun to appear in areas of the Glass River and Parts of the Opaline Towers
