Eerie

It aint natural, what Foid does. Not many would imagine a spectre of death to be under 3 feet tall, but those green flames on his rapier are something eerie. I mean its easy to lose track of a single kobold on the battlefield damn things are like cats. He just pops up, sword wreathed in grean flames, and stabs it just so, up under armor and into all the important things in the torso that ought not to be poked by flaming swords. Then you have the flames jump out of the guy that he stabbed though the mouth and eyes, with the recently deceased's wailing spirit in tow, to slam in to the face of the next guy.   By the time everyone gets over that spectacle, Foid has faded back into the shadows and chaos of the fight, scoping out his next victim.
For those wondering, yes, Foid is an "adopted" character in the only D&D campaign I am in (as a player) that I play when we have a person miss a week. I have grown to enjoy playing just as much as his "dad" Hrothgar Rumrunner. This is somewhat how I imagine the combination of the Phantom Rogue "Wails of the Grave" trait and Green-flame Blade from the Kobolds Draconic Sorcery would look.
