Carwyn
Carwyn is a veteran sergeant of the army with plenty of scars and stories to show for it, the most notable being the arm he had lost in a spellster attack at 45, along with his first husband who died in the blast. Forced into retirement, he bought up a rundown inn within the scruffier sector of Toptower and named it The Blade and Blanket, after the common phrase amongst the army.
Within time, he found love again and remarried. Carwyn and his husband went on to adopt an elven orphan boy, Emyr. They now have several grandchildren, all of whom help in running the inn, which has become very lucrative over the years.
