Kren's History Museum

The museum located in the capital city of Kren, is the center of their cultural and historical knowledge. Here they keep lots of meaningful items and important documents from different times and places, as well as varied examples of different aspects of life in each of their eras.   With the exception of the temporary alien exhibitions that show their respective cultures, every little thing in the museum is representative of Kren at some point of its existence. Even the walls were made in the same material and style from real buildings of the time and place that it's exhibit behind them, and some doors are originals from that period, while the others are perfect replicas.
The building itself, on the other hand, has only two levels, something unheard of in a world where any building that doesn't try to reach the magical field between them and the sky, is trying to find the planet's core. Of course, there are exceptions, but two single floors? Never before.
It's awfully impractical! A waste of space!
— Salia, linguist and antropologist.
The upper floor is not even on top of the bottom one; they are one beside the other, but at different heights. That is not exactly unusual, since the kreen don't work to hard in leveling terrains, and prefer to have an area with more levels that the other. But they make it so the next floor includes the whole area, even if that requires to do some terrain leveling or, most likely, play with the stairs. The museum's building is well known for not having enough levels, and specially, stairs steps.   Probably to compensate, two of the entrances are located in an unnecessarily inconvenient area, requiring a ridiculous number of steps. Even with these, the kreen call it flat, and superstitious people avoid it, because they think a lazy and restricting distribution like this could drain their energy.
