Rokeron

Rokeron is a continent in the world of Kiopenem. It is this world's northernmost continent, and known for its ice-cold waters and land. It has a total population of 6 million people.

Geography

Rokeron is surrounded by ice-cold ocean on all sides, but its inhabitants are lucky that the land contains several hot springs due to ancient volcanic activity, around which most of the continent´s bigger settlements are built. It is divided into three countries: Rein, Owhaug, and Hallava, each of which are known for their characteristic landscapes. Rein has the longest coastal line of the three, and is otherwise comprised of plain, relatively flat terrain. Owhaug is known for its humungous forests of sturdy trees that, despite the harsh climate, grow to be an average og 55 meters tall. It is also the country with the most hot springs of the three, enabling this impressive flora to grow. Hallava has a harsh terrain of mountains, bergs, and hills, a large arctic desert in its north, in addition to its cold climate, making it hard to for less resilient life to prosper. This country of rock and ice is the main reason for the continent's name, as its inhabitants were the first to set out and connect with the rest of the world.
