The Royal Crown of America refers to the official head ware of the monarch of the United States of America.
History
The Royal Crown was forged in 1790, in time for King Henry I's Royal Oath. Except for Augustus I, all succeeding monarchs of America have taken the oath in the presence of the crown rather than wearing it.
Significance
The Royal Crown is held in Columbia Palace, typically on display for tourists under heavy guard.
