Order of the Janus Eagle

The Order of the Janus Eagle is the top Order of Chivalry in the Kingdom of America. The order was founded by King Augustus II in 1818, following the reforms he announced for the Royal Family. The Order is so named after Augustus' speech on the Fourth of July, referring to a dual headed eagle representing the Chancellery and the Monarchy. The Order was made to recognize those who have gone above and beyond service to the Kingdom, often elevated from lower orders. This could include social order, national security, measures of peace, or other cultural significance. Those who are inducted are styled as "Sir" or "Dame".
