Sebastian Martelli is a character in the 6th Angelic Blood Chronicles book. He is a Vampire who, thanks to his past relationship with Rowan Courier, has the ability to heal allies and poison enemies with his blood. His blood can also get other vampires high, though drinking vampire blood is typically taboo for vampires. In this case they make an exception.
