Effra Bulbizarre's wife, Rita came from a wealthy family. She fell in love with the young Count who was looking cute in her eyes. She seduced him in many ways and managed to earn his love in return. Effra couldn't resist and as he vowed to restore his family Bloodline. But he first needed to ask. He warned her about the fact his family was persecuted by The Inquisition. She didn't mind the danger, in fact, she wanted to help him in any way she could.
Admiring her resolve to help the restoration of his Bloodline, Effra accepted and married her. Rita was affectionate toward her new husband, even the Count couldn't resist her, he actually enjoyed the feeling of being love. Together, they would have several children.
During queen Zhoya Bonworth's reign, she then lived in the recently founded city Dragonleaf, Rita occasionally helped her husband setting up trades route with The Coast, allowing the city to flourish greatly.
After Effra came back from the ritual to help queen Zhoya gaining immortaly, he revealed the secret of his dragon blood to his wife and because of that, they were living longer than usual. As she wanted to live with Effra longer, she then asked for the ritual. The Count was reluctant as it was risky, he asked her if she was willing to risk her life. Rita was determined and so, Effra accepted, hoping he would succeed.
When the ritual came, Rita survived but fell gravely ill as a result. She was greatly weakened but her lifespan was increased. She would be in her bed for many decades. Effra tended to her, she smiled, saying she was happy, she now understood better how it felt having dragon blood running through her veins. She would then fall in deep sleep, content with her life. Effra smiled, finding his wife really beautiful when she was sleeping. He arranged her a special room decorated with her favorites flowers, making sure she would have wonderful dreams during her long rest. She wasn't really dead but mostly sleeping. Her mask covering her eyes.
