The Laws of Kiaden
Magic and Technology both exist as you would expect in a blended setting like Starfinder or Dragonstar, but the world sits solidly in a Magic Fantasy setting, with technology belonging to an apocalyptic event that brought it to the world. It is uncommon in most of the world, but a growing number of Artificers have begun appearing studying, and slowly advancing the overall technology level of the world of Kiaden.
Cosmology
The King of Dust forged the world from the Aether and bound the elements into the world he named Kiaden, his brother the King of Ashes paved the road between the Sungate and Kiaden providing a route to the afterlife for the dead.
Principal Geography & Features
Kiaden is a bio-diverse world with a moon forged of Ice and yellow sun that provides light to the world. An intense blue star sits galactically north of the planet and is bright enough to provide a blue light to the night that is almost as bright as daylight in the northern reaches of the planet. A series of comets and meteors also add to the cosmically inspired history of the world.
Initial Active Setting
Takes place between two continents discovering each other. I expect most adventures to exist on the newly discovered landmass with backgrounds of most players being from the older continent until players have experienced enough time in the new continent to begin creating characters from the people of the newer continent.
