The Kepler Observatory

After the Kepler Observatory was separated from the National Scientific Institute in 2016 it has become self governing. Like its sister station the Green Bay Observatory, Kepler has become private. It still retains limited NSI funding but most comes from contracts and a partnership with the University of West Virginia. It has a friendly rivalry with the Green bank Observatory.

>The maintenance and security personel consisting of 3 guards and 7 repair men. Construction contractors are hired for more strenuous repairs

The Hornets and the Observatory staff have been at odds since the Stunt Club disbanded. The constant spray painting of the Telescope and skiing down Mt. Reginald don't endear them to each other.
