Dr. Charles Clinton

One would be forgiven for mistaking Dr. Charles Clinton born May 13th 1972 for a cowboy. In fact he is from the south (don't ask where) and generally has the same southern hospitality. By that we mean skill with a shotgun. He is the one who organized the security team for the Kepler Observatory. They are actually unemployed rent-a-cops he knows. He is also the head astrophysicist of the observatory. Usually Dr. Elana has to keep him on track and away from his home made gun range where he prefers to spend his time. Having proficiency in a variety of firearms Dr. Clinton is the resident Gunologist of Kepler. A title which he invented himself.
