The Hollow Mountain
The mountain looks like any other as you approach, a few more outbuildings are all that give it away from the range around it.
Demographics
Mostly dwarves, halflings, and gnomes, plus a few others.
Government
A feudal system, the Lord under the Mountain owns the mountain and land around it. There are 4 noble houses beneath him, and most people are allied with one of the noble houses.
Defences
Each house maintains knights and a small standing army.
Industry & Trade
Robust trade economy. Large population supports their export businesses of raw gems and metal, lumber, fine wood goods, and some limited crafted metal.
Primary food sources include root vegetables, sheep, goats, potatoes, and mountain cows. All other food sources are imported.
