Northern Sea Temple
A tower rises above the rocky north coast, majestic and tall. You can hear the songs before you can see the tower though, an ongoing sound of worship.
Purpose / Function
The Tower serves as both the congregation point for worshipers as Matsya and as a school for musicians. While Fairn Conservatory is more prestigious, many musicians view the Tower to be the better school.
History
The temple has stood for hundreds of years, but the school is a more recent addition. There was always music here, but the learning was limited to a cleric's learning of the things his god loved. As the temple grew, it began attracting musicians who wanted to learn more about Matsya's particular liturgical music. Some stayed, and it is now the primary producer of church musicians in the land.
