Ontaz and Xarax were close friends who shared a vision of a world where Vincarans could have their own country again without stifling under imperial rule. Ontaz's political acumen, knowledge of history, and skill as an orator combined with Xarax's fervor and military expertise to form an unstoppable team. Ontaz's levelheaded attitude contrasted with Xarax's hotheadedness, but they rarely argued. Both were utterly dedicated to their mission and wanted a better future for their people, especially their own children. Together they sparked the Great Civil War and are considered the founding fathers of the Vincaran Federation, even if Xarax didn't live to see the nation's birth.
History
Xarax and Brialla were the kind of couple who were always using pet names and fawning over each other, making those around them vaguely nauseous. While this starry-eyed honeymoon phase wears off for most couples, they continued to be convinced that no one had ever known a love as deep as theirs. This over-the-top infatuation backfired when Xarax's death left Brialla a broken, unstable shell of her past self.
History
Xarax and Delzon hated each other from the moment they met. Xarax was jealous of Delzon's skill and privilege, and Delzon looked down on Xarax as a traitor because of the Vincaran's role as an agitator in the years leading up to the Great Civil War.
