Laurelle Deseul
A stalwart and hearty woman, Laurelle defied her parents decades ago, and left Etude with her husband to start a logging company outside the city walls. Despite her departure, her parents were worried that their daughter would meet a foul death outside the safety of the city and her parents wrote to her often and sent messengers monthly. Despite being an outsider among her family, Laurelle became well respected for her accomplishments over time within the community that grew around her husbands' logging camp. In their old age Laurelle's parents moved to Roland's Weald to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren.
