Khegsar Elemental Airliner & Gentleman's Resort
This beautiful structure is capable of sustaining flight indefinitely and was designed to compliment and match the Olde Stretto Skydock. The aereal structure launched less than a month after the equally impressive skydock was finished construction. Several smaller vessels were already airborn with rudimentary versions of the Elemental thrust circuts by the time the resort structure boarded it's first passenger but the Gentleman's Resort Airliner was an entirely revolutionary construction that shocked the populus when it was revealed. Not only were the citizens impressed with what the Khegsar managed to build in sheer size but also by how far they went incorporating such new technology as their refined arcane battery; the Perpetual Elemental Thrust Circuit-Ritual in innovative ways.
The monarchy that ran Old Stretto was the pillar the kept the walls strong and torches lit. Even though the tyrannical kings ranged from lazy and ignorant to cruel and hypervigilant, the citizens still believed it was better to have protection from the wider world of threats their ancestors fought together to escape from.
Over the centuries the airliners, including this luxury resort, have been used as a cover for smuggling every conceivable kind of contraband into or out of Stretto. Huge amounts of things like liquor could be picked up while anywhere outside the range of the city towers very easily and most people living on the airships don't pay much attention to exactly where they are or what their altitude is.
Propulsion
The elemental forces used to keep the massive structure aloft, the Perpetual Elemental Thrust Circuit-Ritual was something of an accidental discovery by an arcane biologist and co-opted by a member of the Khegsar family. Having such a 'perfect' engine gave them a huge advantage in efficiency and potential.
They were able to link several small automated rituals and then route them to a single powersource, so ritual spells that control things like the lights, the thermostate and temperature, or even shades for windows or illusory panels to display an assortment of preestablished views in life-like detail.
