The main base of operation of the Syndicate Nox in Neu-Alextra
Purpose / Function
It is a whole city underground to hide people who flee from the law or have upset someone powerful. Also, the Syndicate smuggles goods in and out of town, the government forces do know that this place exists but through bribes and blackmailing they remain silent.
History
It started out as a hideout out for the half-elven population when they were chased down and sought shelter. One day the Syndicate found out about this place and made a deal with the half-elven population if the elven population would mind their own business, they wouldn't give away the position of this location. Since then criminals and exiles of all races find refuge in this place. Even though slave trading is condemned by their new leader Yvi Nebelschreiter, it is still done down here but this operation isn't fully supported by the guild anymore.
